Dear Faithful Followers and all Who Read my Blog, I am truly sorry for my long absence in writing entries to my Armageddon Blog, but I have been going through my own “personal” Armageddon for quite a while now. As the saying goes, you cannot experience the beauties of the mountaintop until you have hit rock bottom. That has been happening to me for quite a while now, but each time the Lord would rescue me, and I know it has been through the many prayers being sent up by my loyal prayer warriors. Since April of this year, 2011, I have had three cervical neck surgeries and one rotator cuff surgery. I also have to admit that I have been taking prescription pain medication that has been making me very confused and unsteady. I had been told by one pain doctor that I was one in 5 percent of the population who is not able to take any pain medication. I guess I did not want to believe this or heed my Master’s warning signs that He was sending me, that is, until August 26th. I was on my way to the bathroom (I have to use a walker now – am I telling my age?) and when I got in there I fell. Although I had Life Alert, I did not use it because I knew my Comfort Keeper would be there shortly. I had already reached down to see if I was hurt and just got some clear liquid on my fingers. Yesterday I had an appointment with the dentist. The receptionist said that I did not have an appointment because the records indicated that I was deceased. I told the hygienist I certainly wouldn’t mind being in Heaven right now. She said I could not go yet because I have not filled God’s purpose yet. Was she speaking prophetically? Many people feel that definitely Armageddon will come in the year 2012. We do not know when the final day will really come. No one knows, not even the Son, but the Father alone. The best advice this author can give is that you live every day as if it was your last. Offer up each day for Jesus. Sometimes the Lord will put on your heart who to offer your sufferings or your day for. As far as Armageddon goes, this author feels that this economy will tank and then people will begin looting and fighting for food. The best thing to do is to form small groups to fight off those who are trying to take your food. This writer feels sure that many of you know about the devil’s 666 mark. Only these people who carry this mark on their bodies will also be able to buy and sell their goods. Please, do not cave in to this pressure. Your love for Jesus Christ should keep you going. It would be better to die for the Lord than to spend an eternity in hell! Therefore, to summarize, keep close to our Lord Jesus Christ and do not worry about what is to come. Thanks to all who have been following this blog and all of those who are about to come. Let me make it clear that no one knows when the final days will be, not even the Son, but only the Father. All we have to do is to “Keep our Eyes Fixed on the Prize” who is none other than Jesus. There is no amount of money, possessions, power or prestige that we will be taking with us when we die. So why are we running around like hamsters in squirrel cages to gain these things which will all be rubbish in the end? It will profit us nothing! At times the Lord puts it in my heart to write about different subjects. Would anyone know what the title refers to? Yes, the tongue is referred to by Jesus as a two edged sword. Just think about it. Just one hurtful word can help destroy a person’s self-worth while just one kind word or even a smile can make a person’s day. Think of this. When a word leaves your mouth, it can never be recalled. Therefore, we should always pray that the Holy Spirit gives us the right words to speak. I would suggest that if you have a Bible that you would begin reading the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This is where you will learn to develop a close relationship with the Lord. It says in Scripture, and I paraphrase, all who follow the Light will have the Light of Life, that is, Eternal Glory. We will survive what is to come. Now that can be in a few ways. It can be that we will be taken up with Jesus before the real Armageddon begins so that we may be spared all of the destruction and bloodshed, we may stay down on Earth to fight for the Lord and give our lives in holy martyrdom and receive our reward right away or we may stay until the Second Coming of the Lord when all shall arise from their graves and be separated into two sections, the sheep and the goats. This author is finally back after a long absence from writing my blog. I had to have neck surgery and then I had to go to a rehabilitation facility. It has just been a long road to recovery. We all have to be the hands, feet and suffering servants of Our Lord Jesus Christ. I continue to be in a great deal of pain, but that is par of the course for me. What is happening all over the United States? Raleigh, North Carolina was hit by sixty-two tornadoes! So much damage and desolation as was the case in several other states. The airport in St. Louis suffered major damage as did the airport in New York. Why don’t we listen to what the Lord is trying to tell us? Damage and destruction everywhere! Can we imagine what the End Times will be like? We must pray as a nation and as a country that God’s Hand will be held back from the destruction that is due us...

Many of us may not even know or understand what Armageddon means. According to the dictionary it is defined as, “the place where the final battle will be fought between the forces of good and evil (probably so called in reference to the battlefield of Megiddo. Rev. 16:16).” As I watched the news and saw the devastation in Japan, one news reporter said the scene looked like something out of the Apocalypse. How close are we to the end times? Perhaps St. Matthew says it best in Chapter 24;verses 7 and 8,”7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Are you prepared for that last day when all will be turmoil and chaos? Can you not see the signs of the times? There have been so many natural disasters – fires, earthquakes, floods, droughts, famines…. How else can Jesus gain our attention? My heart goes out to the Japanese people as they have just experienced the devastating earthquake that measured 8.9 on the Richter Scale followed by the twenty foot wall of water that rushed in and carried debris and people away. My people, these are all pointing to the signs of Armageddon. The End Times are upon us. Are we blind that we cannot read the signs of the times? We are enduring earthquakes all over the world, floods, wild fires that char hundreds and thousands of acres and burning up homes that lie in their path! So many people believe in no God and no devil. Church attendance has dropped off. The devil is having his last field day. Soon he will be chained by the Lord Almighty and thrown into the everlasting pit of fire. Our Blessed Mother, Mary, weeps to see all that is happening upon the Earth. Confess your sins in your heart for we “know not the day nor the hour”. Let us form an army for Our Lord for the forces of Evil are at work. Let us stand with Jesus as the apocalypse nears. Sometimes I think in my heart that the End Times are so near, but yet the days seem to drag on. Just think of some of the things happening in the world. In the United States alone, since abortion became legalized in 1973, over 46 million babies have been murdered and ripped from their mother’s wombs. Their pure little souls are now up in Heaven enjoying the Beatific Vision. Then there was the devastating earthquake in Haiti and just recently in Christ’s Church, New Zealand. Look at the unrest now taking place in Libya. The whole Middle East is a powder keg just waiting to explode. Our Lord Jesus looks upon these things as does God the Father. Mary, the Mother of Jesus, finds it difficult to hold Her Son’s arm back much longer. Things cannot go on this way. Will next year be the time of Armageddon? What will you do? Where will you be? Have you heard that only those who wear the mark of the beast – 666 – will be able to buy and sell? Will you denounce this and be a soldier for Christ or will you give in and be a part of the devil’s army?
