My dear visitors, I am so sorry that I have let you down by not updating my blog. The truth is that I am going through some tough physical challenges, and I am just drained of energy. I simply must walk with Jesus and say, “Thy Will be done.” You have to understand one major concept: God does not want any of His children to suffer. However, He does allow suffering to enter our lives upon occasion to make us stronger and to share in the Passion of Jesus Christ. The closer you come to Jesus, the more you will have to suffer either physically, emotionally or spiritually. I am walking with Jesus during my present sufferings. Now, after taking a LONG break from the topic of this blog, I want to finish what I have started. Will there really be a Rapture and, if so, when will all of this take place? First of all, have you searched through the Bible to see if it mentions anything about the Rapture? Let us take a look at the Gospel of John 17:15 as Jesus prays to His Father Who is in Heaven: “I pray NOT that Thou should take them out of the world, but that Thou should keep them from evil.” Think about it. If Jesus asked His Father NOT to take us out of this world, then we are definitely not going anywhere! I believe I mentioned this in one of my blog entries: Look at how very much the Lord suffered during His Passion! We will never be able to understand to what depth He suffered....

I am so sorry that I have neglected this blog of my faithful band of followers. You see, on January 7th I had a near death experience. I had 2 options – get a tracheotomy or pass into the Loving Arms of Jesus. He sent me back and said it was not time yet. I still have things to do for His honor and glory. I just happened to hear on the Ellen Degeneres show that she wished so and so “Best wishes for a Happy Holiday season.” This really unnerved me! Why does it seem that Jesus is being left out of everything? The only reason there is a Holiday season is that over 2,000 years ago, the Baby Jesus was born to the Virgin Mary. “Jesus is the reason for the season!” We must focus on this truth and not the number of presents you can buy and how much debt you can go into. The world as we know it is changing. We must acknowledge Jesus as King and Lord and His complete victory over Satan. If any of you doubt the existence of the devil, I invite you to watch the movie “The Rite”. The devil is real and he is gathering up his forces for the final Armageddon. The question is, “Whose side will you be on?” If you are on the forces of good – Jesus – then in no way will you ever accept the mark of the beast – 666 – the mark of the devil. I wanted to wish my faithful followers to my blog a very SPECIAL Christmas blessing for a very blessed CHRISTMAS and a happy and holy NEW YEAR. I wanted to compose my own original poem, but I ran across this poem as I was sending out some Christmas Ecards, and it far outshines anything that I could ever write. Let these words sink into your minds and hearts. I love you all! Valli THE “U” IN JESUS Before U were thought of or time had begun, God even stuck U in the name of His Son. And each time U pray, you’ll see it’s true You can’t spell out JesUs and not include U. You’re a pretty big part of His wonderful name, For U, He was born; that’s why He came. It seems that I always begin my blog by saying that I am sorry. I do want to apologize for not writing in such a long time. I have been trying to answer each post individually because I think a blog should have a personal touch. However, this time I am going to have to answer everyone in this blog. I was truly astonished at many of the comments that were made – beautiful comments that made me want to cry. Please remember that I am only an instrument in the Hands of the Holy Spirit. In this fast-paced society, we tend to leave Jesus on the bookshelf gathering dust. We must ALL – yes, even me – keep Jesus in the forefront of our minds. We must always LOOK UP to Heaven and NEVER down. Christmas is very close and we really have nothing. Remember, Jesus is the REASON for the season. We get caught up too much in the commerciality of the season and forget that Jesus, God’s only Son, only had a manger for a bed and coarse hay to lay His sweet, little head on. Sometimes we think money is everything but in reality it isn’t. “Money is the root of all evil.” “You cannot serve two masters….” Which one shall you choose? I want to wish ALL of you God’s choicest blessings for a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a holy and happy NEW YEAR. I wish I could meet every one of you personally, but that would take a miracle.
